I received a letter in the mail today from the office of consumer services in Florida that they tried to forward the complait to Crossland and no surprise here, the letter they sent to Crossland via postal mail got returned to them! It said the addressee moved and left no forwarding address. These people are the biggest liars and beware they will only caus eyou more headaches! I got a credi report today and it listed MY address as 5100 N. Dixie Highway. Imagine my surprise when there was an account on my report that the creditor gave that address and itwas for some satellite provider that i have never had. I phoned them and they said i needed to file a police report sinc ei have never lived at that addess (it is crossland's address) and then i can get it removed. PLEASE EVERYONE BEWARE!

Mr. Petroski must not realize that people have other things to do then log onto rip-off report. Sorry i have been busy working, that is what most american's do on a daily basis. I will not put my name on here and you have given me no email address to email you my name. Your office hours do not coincide with when i can call so i will need an email address. Once you provide that i will email you my name and i will expect a full refund credited back to the account you removed the money from within 48-72 hours as it took you no time at all to takemy money so it should take no time at all to put it back!

first off again i am not the individual that is mentioned again, i believe i know my own name. and second, the accounts in question could not have been disputed on any body else's report as the ownership is individual and not joint. also they were off for atleast 2 months then got re added and when i contacted the bureau myself they said that the law states that the company has 45 days to verfiy and if they don't then it is deleted but then the company can have it readded. I paid for a year of services and you either provide the year of services i paid for or you refund the money. the contract states that you will provide the service and you obviously haven't so its either pay me back or do the work...

Please note that i have been doing credit restoration for many many years,and know that it it is possible for these items to come back on the report if they were never validated by the credit bureaus .The law states that the bureaus have 45 days to verify these items,if they cannot they must remove these items.Alot of times the bureaus dont have the time to verify so they remove them.IF THE CLIENT DISPUTES THE ITEM AGAIN ON A DIFFERENT REPORT SUCH AS THE HUSBANDS WHICH IS A JOINT ACCOUNT ,IF IT GETS VERIFIED IT WILL RETURN ON THE REPORT SUCH IS THE CASE IN THIS SITUATION.This person is the same person mentioned by Mike Petroski in the above matter,and continues to seek services for free,BUYER BEWARE anyone can dispute their charges on their credit report ,but once the contract is signed and the work is done their is no refunds.

In response to mr Petroski comments... first of all teh score was never a 720 so nice try! 2nd don't try to say you did the job when you didn't... The accounts which you say were bought by another agency weren't bought by another agency! It is the original creditor that yoiu disputed that got put back on. and 3rd i don't know who miss shook is but obviously you have a lot of unhappy customers because that's not my name you should have your info straight before saying things you are unsure of. the contract was signed for a year & a year worth of services so you can either do the service or refund the money!

Ok so its a new day i'll try one more time to get this resolved in a mature fashion. I once again tried the 6 different numbers i have for 1st Guaranty & Crossland Credit to only find one that actually works. Just for anyone who needs it it is 786-541-2007. That is the new number for crossland credit and Mike answered. He said to fax him my info and then proceeded to give me a phone number. I attempted to fax it and guess what...it was an answering machine! I then called back to let him know and he said it was a fax machine that goes right into someone's email and there computer was off. Now i know that email does not have an answering machine! He proceeded to tell me that everything i wrote on here was a lie....ITS NOT!!!!!!

He claimns they have all the paperwork they sent us, any type of company would have the paperwork! But i too have everything, the credit reports and all of the emails he sent to me over 20 of them. All this company does is give you the run around and when you figure stuff out for your self they say its all lies.

I filed the complaint with the attorney general and now i will file one with the BBB. They already have a grade of F from the BBB so i guess my complaint won't hurt them but it surely won't help either!

I believe in Karma and it will come back to them and when it does they'll regret everything they did wrong to people!
