Boardparadise Crossroad Sports - Tightboards Ripoff, they stole my money. Greensboro North Carolina

This website "tightboards.com" or better known as Boardparadise is a RIPOFF!!

First off, I ordered some gear(dont want to say what it was cause they still have my money and if they see this report, they'll probably never give my money back) about a couple months ago and never recieved anything. I ordered this item thinking they would have it in stock.

Mind you, that it said the item was available 8/01/06. So I order it cause it was already 8/19/06, thinking it was already in stock, I email them regarding my order. They email back saying that they would get the item in a week. So I say "its only a week." right?!?! WRONG

4 months later, I still havent recieved anything. They claim it's not their faults because the company still haven't gave their shipments yet. So I email them like a thousand times and still no reply back. Sometimes they would reply with one sentence long replies like "sorry, we'll get em in next week." So I call em up, they say they'll get me this weekend so I decide to wait.

Well they move the date back even further again and now they say next week. So I try to call em again, they ignore. So I call with my cell and someone finally answers and obviously this chick dont know jack sh*t about anything. totally f**king clueless she was. I ask for my refund, she says wait for 24 hours and I'll get it. YEAHH F**king RIGHT!!

I know they're never gonna give me my refund cause I requested a refund weeks ago and havent got sh*t. Then they tell me to wait more. So basically I just lost my money. They have it and theyre probably never going to ship me the item I requested.

This site is a scam and a ripoff. dont get gear from these guys. worst customer service in the world. I've had better serivce form nigerian scammers then those b*tches at tightboards. and if there(tightboards) reading this f*ck it I dont care if you know who i am, cause basically you're gonna keep my money anyways. Eff you guys!! I hope your shop burns down. give me my grenade gear!! or money back!! d**n after online shopping for years now I never thought I would be ripped off by a "supposedly" legit company.
