Crowdspring They do not honor their 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, its a lie. Chicago Internet

We started a naming contest on Crowdspring to find a new brand name for ourgroup of companies after seeing their 100% satisfaction guarantee, we thought it would be a good way to get some good naming suggestions.

After running the contest, extending it, providing huge amounts of feedback to creatives and doing everything in our power to make it a success, we ended the contest completely unstaitsfied and we thought that not one of the names submitted was suitable for a publicly listed group of companies.

We awarded nobody more than two stars (needs major work) and there was not one name that we liked, we were totally unsatisfied with the contest and the results, so we asked for a rfund under their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

But then we discovered that the gurantee does not apply and reffered to the FORUMS of the website for calrification and sure enough deep in their forums is an explanation of why they do not offer the 100% satisfaction guarantee for naming contest.

They say that if you get more than 100 entries, there is no refund no matter how unsatisfied with the results you are.

We of course were totally unsatisfied and think that their 100% satisfaction gurantee is a complete lie.

Why they would plaster the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee across their website and then refuse to honour it I have no idea, but I suspect using the words `100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE' and 'NO RISK' are complete lies designed to sucker people into using their service.

They need to remove that guarantee and the words risk free from their website becausw we spent $1000 USD and have absolutely nothign to show for it. 

Luckily the credit card company considers that fraud too, if a vendor offers a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee, usually their credit card processors ecpect them to honour it, so we should be able to get a chargeback easily.

But still, we shoudl not have to, ddeply unsatisfied with the project results and now with Crowdspring for lying about their 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
