I purchased an RV from Cruise America on 08/14/03. I had several things wrong with the RV from the point of sale. They told me that the RV was going through a 125 point inspection and when I arrived from out of town this was found to be obviously a fraud bogus sale tactic.
Many problems have been encountered with the RV including the wrong size tire valve stems that were placed on the RV. One of the busted on the interstate and could have caused a deadly accident, not to mentioned a tire totally damaged. I not only got a reimbursement for this but not even an apology from Cruise America. I have reported them to BBB and have tried to contact their home office and they will not return my phone calls.
DO NOT BUY HERE - TAKE MY ADVICE PLEASE! They have sales center through America, and they are all the same company from Pheonix, Arizona.
