This company is not to be trusted. They advertise free travel insurance or free gratuities. We selected the travel insurance. We received our policy from the insurance company, but 5 days before departure, we received a cancellation notice citing non payment from Cruise Value. YOU CAN'T GET THROUGH TO THIS COMPANY. All you get is recordings putting you on hold. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

The industry inside word on this company is that they closed their doors this week, no one to answer the phones and they owe a lot of money to both the cruise lines and consumers.

I recevied this information from one of their vendors and have no doubt that it is accurate.
