     I filed an earlier report with Ripoff about a purchase from Crum Climate Control, May 21, 2009 citing several things wrong there after. I never got satisfaction from Crums on any problem and was, in my opinion, treated like a senile old man to stupid to defend himself.  I struggled in and out of small claims court with them, never able to interest an attorney in taking my case.

   We met in Orange County Court in 2011 and I fought against the very capable Hugh Palmer, an attorney from Winter Park.  On March 2, 2011, the Honorable Judge Wilfredo Martinez, signed a judgment against Crums awarding me $3388. Case #2010-SC-007340-O.
