Crunchless Abs Not a good company to deal with Internet

I've purchased the videos from Crunchless Abs and then cancelled my order. They then continued to bill me and even sent it to a collection agency without contacting me. They secretly have you purchase the DVD, with the idea of testing it out but the you begin to receive others every other month or so with a bill. I'm upset with this company because I have great credit and stopped the shipments of DVD's and next thing you know I get a bill from a collection agency. I attempted to get in contact with the collection agency but their hours are very strange. I've contacted Crunchless Abs and they continue to say I owe them money.

Needless to say I would never deal with these people again.
