Crye Leike Real Estate Rental Deposit Ripoff Rogers Arkansas

We were told to vacate our rental within 30 days. We were never late with our rent and this was due to property being on the market. Few days before we were about to leave we hired professional carpet cleaner, we cleaned the place spotless and we re-painted most of the walls. When it was time to get the deposit back we were told it will take up to 60 days !!! But they cashed it within 2. Anyway, they never did final walk through so that we both can verify condition of the property but I didn't think much of it as we left it in better condition then it was received. After we finally got our deposit check back it was 20% of the original deposit !!! I requested to see itemized charges and the receipts. They charged us $220 for carpet cleaning that we did already. Also, $210 for house cleaning !!! Grossly overpriced and house was already spotless. Finally , they charged us $380 for paint and touch-ups. Again, grossly overcharged specially since we already painted the walls !!! Issue is that they never did final walk through so they basically could charge us whatever they wanted. Next step is court as I took pictured of before and after and I have receipts for carpet cleaning and paint that we bought. Do not ever rent from these guys.
