C&S Southern Circulation, Magazine Subscriptions Howard Brock Scam Artist Hits Again, C&S Southern Circulation, Inc. FRAUD Huntsville Alabama

I am not the first, nor the last, sadly, to write about how Howard Brock and Dave Fussell of C&S, aka Southern Circulation, Inc. sent high school students to my door to steal my money.

Here's how the story goes...

A nice young man or young woman comes to your door, hopeful to sell you a few magazine subscriptions. They are very excited at the prospect of earning points for their sales, that will bring them closer to winning their first trip abroad.

The subscriptions to magazines they're selling are ones you know and love and are neither expensive or inexpensive. So you write a check to "C&S" for the total for the subscriptions you buy. The student explains how many points they will earn and thanks you and finally explains the terms (you must wait up to 120 days to receive your magazines), which seems like a long time, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Months go by, and no magazines. You call the number on the receipt slip. It is disconnected. Most people give up. I am not working right now and will not give up. I have been tracking them where they go and have spoken to Howard Brock on the phone a few times and he assures me everything will work out. Of course it will for him... he is stealing thousands upon thousands of dollars all across America while the BBB as well as a few consumer reporting agencies do nothing, despite countless alerts. Come on America, wake up and bust these guys!
They're using our youth to steal against us and may even be drawing them into their scheme of corruption.

Here's what I'm going to do about it... I have a private investigator lined up and an attorney here in Seattle helping gather necessary information, which is surprisingly easy to get (as C&S may easily steal money, but are not smart enough to cover their tracks).

They changed their numbers a few times, but we're keeping up with them. Don't expect an answer and don't take their promises seriously if you do happen to talk to them. Con artists are smooth characters.

I am also dedicating a part of my website to this, in case they once again shift their location or contact info. - that way we will have their mug shots and other important info. as well as another site dedicated to bringing them down and putting them behind bars.

What did I lose? About $75. What did you lose and what did the other thousands of people lose? Howard Brock and Dave Fussell are not localized con artists, but are stealing from Pennsylvania to Alabama to Wisconsin to Arizona...

BBB, wake up! Do something for once. You're useless unless you do something to help.
