Worst place to get a f****** car. I personally recommend everyone not to go there. The short bald lying f*** lies to much. There Warranty dont cover s**t. There Maintenance people dont know how to fix s***. I have this peace of s*** car and I had problems with it since the first week. The finance company CSA sucks d***. All of them could go to hell. They dont care what your going thru. But its funny how tough they act over the phone not knowing we all know where you work. B**** im paying for my car. Dont need to prove to you theres insurance on it. Quit calling my phone stupid f****. Telling me to dont cuss on the phone. Or they will pick up the car. B**** come pick up this peace of s***. I hope people read this before you go get a car from here. CSA AND ROCK SOLID ARE CRAPPY. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE F****** LIARS. My car sucks a**. But im stuck with it cause they would take me to court if I let it go. They know they wont get as much as I owe at a auction. I got a better car at C***** J***. Way way better.

You say your sorry this person had a bad experience with your company and want to help them. I call BS!!! You guys are predatory criminals who rip people off every day and take advantage of people who have bad credit, often fault of their own or sometimes life events that were out of their control. You sell lemons that you get pennies on a dollar and sell them for an unbelivable mark up. You then sell them the biggest line of crap about your platinum or gold or what ever warranties with ASE mechanics making repairs. Your ASE doessn't mean "Automotive Service Excellence". It means "Absolutely Sorry Elves" pretending to be mechanics.

Some day you will be out of business and I hope some of you are in jail where you belong. Anybody reading this, please head my advice. RUN!!!!! Don't even conemplate doing business with these thugs. They are all uneducated and pretend to be bad A$@ collection dudes if you happen to be a day late. Trust me, I'm not talking about a week or month. I'm talking about a day. You are going to spend money on repairs and they will charge you and you won't get it fixed until you spend your hard earned money taking it to a real mechanic. Unfortuantely they will tell you the truth and it usually is an issue that will set you back a lot of money. Again, don't do business with these people.

For full details on what is covered, please review the service contract paperwork you signed, or if needbe, contact us through our customer service portal linked above, and we'd be more than happy to resend the full details to you. Further, if you are unhappy with the service contract you purchased, you are able to cancel it at any time, and receive the unused portion as defined in your service contract, back in the manner it was paid.
