Its funny how we have not had a response to this in such time, this guy is a certified joke of a lawyer. And the best part is we still get contacted by other random people who were in the same / type similar situation.

This joke of a lawyer has yet to finish what he started, keeps sending all types of letters and notices but no actual trial dates.. Talk about abusing your power and time. He has a new website, dont fall for it, he has complaints of him and his services all over the internet including ours. He was bent over and spanked by the law society as well.... This hack of a lawyer is an absolute disgrace to the system and is all talk without any muscle... we are still waiting to discuss our "big" lawsuit.... he has changed company names numerous times and has upset many with his poor busines skills and services... please feel free to contact us further if you were a victim of his mistakes as a con.

We would like to get together with other individuals and make a separate profile on other social media websites to help bring him down so please let us know who is in. Lets start with link'ed in.

Looking forward to seeing him in court again and show up in some greasy sweat pants and dress shoes again but at the opposite side of the table.

All talk but no action by Sauvageau once again. It has been about 2 years now and counting and still no legal action commenced by him as he "promised".

As an update to this matter, Sauvageau has now changed the name of his collections company from "Collections Systems Canada" to "CTL-WDW Ltd." and the website for it is ctl-wdw.com for anyones review and visit. It is particularly funny as the website design is the exact same thing as it was before, but the only major difference is a logo change and such. If anybody would like to see a graphic screen shot of this as evidence, feel free to email us and ask. Most likely ended up in bankruptcy cuz he owed so much to other victims so we all know how the name/change bankruptcy gig works.

Also, since the matter escalated to the Law Society by us, he has removed most of his pictures from the internet so people cannot see who the person really is besides visiting this sites page.

If anyone would like to discuss this character or see the law society documents after they paddled him, feel free to ask. We can go on and on back and forth but we all know that EVIDENCE is what matters these days.


Sauvageau is once again a thief and a con (said with proof), as well a shadey individual practicing in a field where he has absolutely no merrit to be in or conduct. He took our money years ago, along with others who responded to this posting but the public awarenss will live forever! Rest in shame p****!

After waiting months for a final outcome to this whole matter, it is officially confirmed that Mr. Sauvageau is / was running a shadey operation and has been involved in illegal and fraudulant activity with his company. He has been under intense investigation by the Upper Law Society of Canada and they found numerous things that stood out and gave us good confirmed reasoning to state this.

If anyone would like to see the final paperwork and outcome, please contact us and we will forward you a copy for your own review if you feel you need to see. The law society was glad to see that we made an inquiry about him and served him justice accordingly, and as we know it, they do not take these types of results lightly!

The intention of this positng has been fulfilled, now it is our duty to inform the pulblic (as an concerned and ripped off consumer) of this individual and who the man behind the mask really is. Keep your money and save your time, look elswhere dont be a vicitm like we were. He was given plenty of time to respond and cooperate but is now under investigaiton for posting personal information that does not have any merrit to the original matter due to frustration and knowing that he was caught and proved wrong.

in response to your last email, we would like to inform you that what happened in the original online posting is true and not defamatory (with valid evidence that is available upon request). You are providing a service to the general public / consumers and the purpose for that site and online posting is to expose individuals like yourself and companies like yours that you and your business is a threat to the general public and cannot be trusted nor full fill your contractual obligations to the consumer. You had taken over a company with problems and tried to push those problems out the doors (such as ours). It does not work like that as we were explained. Consumers are still your responsibility.

Yes, the court case that was initiated by us was dismissed. Not due to lack of evidence or in your favor, but lack of legal experience and representation, organization and knowledge on our end as we are not lawyers, nor have ever been taken advantage of one before like you did to us and we do not know how to handle a matter such as that. This is why you were hired in the first place. You have the upper hand in litigation of course BUT you have made offers to settle (evidence available upon request) numerous times prior to but they were nowhere near the amount that you really owed or claimed by us in the case. Admittance of guilt was made aware throughout our legal process, it just was not enough and you tried low balling us.

 The appeal cannot be completed due to lack of legal funding as we are a small family run business and cannot afford legal matters to go further as we have lights to keep on and food on our tables as we have already lost enough due to your actions. Your actions cost us enough and we could simply not afford to hire legal help nor continue. Anybody in a simple situation or predicament would understand and say the same.

Sauvageau, you run a very dark operation between your collections firm and legal office. You fired your whole staff (at the time they were to be witnesses at our trial all at the same time, coincidence) We only know so much based on our findings and available information given to us but we do know that you and your company owe a lot of hard working people money and have problems like this with a lot more, not just us. The reason why we confirm this is because various former associates of yours (we cannot name due to legal rules and restrictions) have come forward and contacted us with their problem and stories. Some went to the extent of inviting us to their own upcoming trial between them and yourself and we have no problem cooperating in these instances as they are all monitoring the process of this matter. We feel that their postings to this matter would just fuel your guiltiness and can perform this if you feel you are still in the right.

We are a real business, with real people and staff who have real lives. When our business and livelihoods take a hit in which we did by you, we take it VERY serious and will do anything possible within legal limitation to contest and refrain from being taken advantage of or "pushed out the door and stolen from".

If we knew that our claim had no merit, we would not have made the posting in the first place. The website is to protect the consumers (ourselves) and bring some kind of justice to individuals like yourself. Public awareness and communication is a key to prevent what happened to us from happening again to others. You are a victim of your own creation and do not blame us for any defamatory or interference.

 Your comments such as crying like a baby only show your true character and how you handle things when you are proven wrong or put on the hot seat. Until your debts can be honored and your apologies/settlement are given not just to us now but the others as well, you will sit pretty in the Hall of Shame and cry all the way to the Upper Law Society of Canada!

Demand to Cease and Desist and Retract Libel

This law firm represents Collection Systems Canada Corp. (CSC Corp.) and myself, Francois Sauvageau. Be advised that the content of your report (the Defamatory Article) is untrue and defamatory and that a legal action will be commenced against you without further notice unless you immediately retract, in writing, your false and libelous statements.
 
You have already commenced a court action in Ontario, Canada, on the basis of the facts complained about in the Defamatory Article and your case was DISMISSED BY THE COURT. YOU LOST. This decision has never been appealed and now can no longer be appealed as per the rules of the Court. This decision is final. The Court decided the foloowing: UPON HEARING THE EVIDENCE BY THE PARTIES, I AM SATISFIED THAT THE PLAINTIFF (Shawn Piscovic and Ultimate Concept Design Renovations Inc.) HAS NOT PROVEN ITS CASE ON A BALANCE OF PROBABILITIES. IT IS ORDERED THAT THE PLAINTIFFS' CLAIM BE DISMISSED.

You, Shawn Piscovic, clearly published the Defamatory Article maliciously and with the intent to injure CSC Corp. and myself, Francois Sauvageau, in our trade, office and profession. As such, your comments are defamatory per se under the Libel and Slander Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. L.12. Also, in accordance with this Act, we demand that your retraction and correction be accompanied by an editorial in which you specifically repudiate the libelous statements which were published. Your deliberate posting of false information constitue tortuous interference with the business relations of CSC Corp. and myself. If we are forced to file suit to stop your wrongful misconduct, we will also seek to recover our legal costs on a substantial indemnity basis.
 
You, Shawn Piscovic, are voluntarily omitting to mention in your report that you already commenced a legal action and lost same, on the same set of facts. You, obviously very upset by the Court's decision, in Court file number SC-10-00084243-0000 (Richmond Hill - Ontario), recently wrote to me the following in relation to this Court decision: - You thought you had gotten away with it cuz the court case we had was washed from the courts by some judge thinking he was god and knew what was right and wrong -. You, Mr. Piscovic, clearly know of the dismissal of your Court case, and understand it, but refuse to accept it. I AM INVITING ANYONE YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A COPY OF THE COURT DECISION DISMISSING YOUR LEGAL ACTION AGAINST CSC  CORP TO CONTACT ME AT francois@sauvageauassociates.com Also available are all the documents you have filed into court in support of your frivolous legal action. Also public is the DECISION DISMISSING YOUR LEGAL ACTION against Joseph and and Anne-Marie Bianchi. You know that your legal actions have been dismissed bu yet you continue to claim that you are a victim and that CSC and the Bianchis owe you money. Shawn Piscovic should stop winning like a baby and respect the Canadian legal system which he you like to use so much.

Your malicious attempts to interfere with the business  and contractual relations of CSC Corp. and myself could be extremely damaging. If you do not immediately publish the requested retraction, we will commence a legal action against you without any further notice.

Govern yourself accordingly.
