CSL Plasma Went in to donate I was a retutning donor so they ask me did i have any new tattoos or piercings i said "no" so finish up paperwork they take my fingerstick & everything checks out so i go to see the nurse she ask me same questions i answer no again about tattoos ot piercings so then i got papers out from 2010 & 2012 one saying i have upper penna pierced both & one saying both lobes have 2 piercings so she said why is that i told the nurse i didnt no & never had upper penna pierced only 2 on both lobes so she sent me to waiting area & called me back in there in 10 minutes then it was her & another nurse saying that there MSA's took down info wrong & i am permanantly deferred because paperwork was not correct & they would have to throw out every sample that i have ever giving & i said for old piercing she said yes now i had been there 7 months ago & they said nothing that nurse was a racist & need to be fired Beloit Wisconsin

Went down to csl plasma to donate, they tell me I cant donate because my paperwork is incorrect. I ask what did they mean in 2010 & 2012 they noted that my upper 2 penna's was pierced. And on the other report said that i had 2 lobes pierced 2 holes on each side. I do have both lobes pierced with 2 holes in each but now in 2015 both lobes still pierced but only 1 hole is open on both sides & other 1 is closed. The MSA's didnt chart it correct one report was correct other wasn't. The nurse said i was permanantly deferred because of there incompentant MSA's. I said are you saying i can't come back she said yes thats what im saying & we have to throw out every sample that was ever used because of your paperwork
