CSS Photo Design California Sports Spotlight Shoddy products and horrible customer service Internet

I competed at WABDL Worlds powerlifting competition in November. I saw CSS Photo Design was there and selling pictures and videos of the competitors. It was my first World competition and I wanted a couple pictures and a video of my lifts. I was flying out on a red eye and didn't have time to wait for the video. I paid my money and gave my address so it could be mailed to me. I was told it would be the week after Thanksgiving when I would receive it and if I didn't I should call. So time passed and I called to get a status. I emailed to get a status. I missed a return call from Keith. He left a voicemail but no information regarding my order. I called back within 10 minutes and I had to leave another voicemail. I called and emailed: "Can somebody please email or call me about my order? Was it lost? Is it finally on its way? I've called several times but no luck in connecting with anyone. Below is my receipt for video and pictures which was supposed to arrive the week after Thanksgiving." He replied, "Yes we tried to call you a couple times left a message we will try to call you after the holidays again sorry that we have not reached each other thank you for your patience Keith." I emailed him on January 9th, "My receipt is below and all of the holidays are over. Can I please have my order that I was supposed to receive the week after Thanksgiving?!!!" NO RESPONSE. My coach called him as well. NO RESPONSE. On the 16th I sent the following to him, "Please refund my money immediately. I've waited long enough and your lack of response to my emails and calls is not reassuring me that I will ever get what I paid for. No one has provided me with any information as to when I can expect my order. I just want my money back at this point and be done with the ordeal." He responded "I'm sorry that your order was delayed but it has been shipped you should receive it in the next few days. Unfortunately my house got flooded out during the holidays so we had a delay my apologies Keith." The video is horrible. The sound is off by several seconds and he only has 1 of my deadlifts and it isn't even the one where I got a state record! I'm angry, but even more so because I've learned there are several others who have experienced the same thing. I posted my frustration with the service to the WABDL page on Facebook and several others have responded that the same has happened to them going back a couple of years! My goal is to prevent anyone else from paying good money and not receiving quality product and good customer service.
