I paid CSSA Global $520 deposit to build me a .asp CMS they promised me that their development team would start work the following day (26 Nov 2008) and that they would provide me with daily project updates by email and within 5 days they would supply me with a working design for evaluation that, would demonstrate the CMS's ability to produce search engine friendly urls. They attempted to build me a CMS for linux server even though the job brief clearly stated that I required .asp CMS for windows server.

To date CSSA Global has not produced the first working design that demonstrates the required functionality that was stated in the job brief. I have tried to contact CSSA Global to seek a refund, they refuse to talk with me or return my deposit of $520. I've submitted a Pay Pal claim to try and get money back. CSSA Global is a very un professional and very un scrupulous organisation stay away from them you will loose your money and ruin your relationship with your clients.
