CTA Vacations Travel With CTA When we signed up for this agency "membership" we were told (in writing) that our rebate $ would be refunded in 30 days. Then, when we were ready to submit our request on their form, they said it would take 60 days. THEN when we followed up at the end of 60 days, their voice message says 90 days all for the same reason "We have updated the 30-day processing period to a 60-day processing period due to the large volume of Member Rewards Requests we receive daily." I think they are simply out of money so we are being ripped off for promises not kept. Charleston South Carolina

We joined this travel agency membership December 2011 with the understanding that every time we booked travel through them (meeting their criteria), we would get a rebate back once that travel was over within 30 days of submitting our documentation.  We paid $4495.00 for this unlimited membership, by the way; we take fairly expensive vacations so we figured in 4-5 years we'd have our money back.  Until the first time we actually booked through them when the "new" submission form said we'd get our rebate money back in 60 days (2013).  When I called them after 60 days had passed, their Voice Mail said it would now be 90 days "due to the large volume of Member Rewards Requests we receive daily."  This was the exact same  excuse they gave when they changed it from 30 days to 60 days.  Clearly this is a ripoff to their customers because they are having a cash flow problem. 

DO NOT SIGN UP with these guys.
