CTI Lease Finance Group Financial scam artists and con merchants Nationwide, Chicago Illinois

This company is nothing more than a bunch of crooks. I unwisely fell for their "we'll provide you with fantastic credit card machines at a much lower rate" scam for my business. The machines were useless and their bills were much higher than they said they would be and more than I was previously paying. I returned the machines and cancelled my account.

They told me that I couldn't as I had a non-cancellable 5 year contract and said I owed them $15,000. They then harrassed me for the next 6 months, phoning me at home and my business, demanding payment. I told them what they could do with their claim - they were in breach of the contract by a) lying, b) being incompetent and c) providing me with defective equipment. I invited them to sue me as they had no case against me.

Not surprisingly, they have not done so, because they know they have no case. What they did do was put a 'delinquency' on my credit report that ruined my credit rating. I have faxed, called and e-mailed their so-called Legal Department (as has my attorney) many, many times and they have not had the decency to respond. They are nothing more than charlatans.

They sucker people into buying crap equipment which they finance knowing full well that it won't work and when you try to get out of their so-called 'non-cancellable' contract, they either frighten you into paying or ruin your credit. They are a disgrace and need to be exposed. Surely, somewher out there is a good attorney willing to get these bastards in a Class Action law-suit?
