Ordered one carton in March 2005, did not receive cigarettes or any response concerning delivery. Ten weeks and three emails later, nothing from CTP Cigarettes in the form of a refund or any emails. There are no phone numbers to contact these people, I highly suggest not purchasing anything from this web site.
