CTRMA Processing Received a bill for the first time. I have been charged $15 violation fee on a $3.12 invoice. First time I receive this invoice. Should I have received it I would have paid. No sense in delaying payment on a three dollars invoice to get ripped off with a penalty five times higher. I logged on and I saw there are two more invoices, non of which I have received an invoice for, both for $1.69 and one due in seven days. How can I know they mailed the first invoice inquestion if I received the past due one but have not received the original invoices for the other two invoices. How do I know if this is just done with the intention of ripping people off. Austin Texas
