Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Just like another report on this white, I have been ripped off by Cultcine Cinema. The owner replied to an initial email in which my shipping was delayed by 2 weeks. However, after another 3 weeks (5 total weeks since I plac my order) I have not received the order I placed. Furthermore, the owner will not respond to emails. I have sent 4 emails in the past two weeks, all with no response. I wish I had done some more research because Cultcine is such a big ripoff. This is such an unprofessional way to make money. I will make it my job to ensure that this web site goes out of business to ensure that no other film lovers are ripped off by tbe owner of Cultcine.

I'm sorry that you sent an email and it was not replied to. I do my best to reply to all emails, but sometimes some slip through the cracks and can be overlooked. I've replied to all of my customers to the best of my abilities and even sent out mass emails informing customers of the status of orders, etc.
I have never taken money from a customer and not delivered their DVDs. If you have still not received your DVDs, please let me know.
Again, I apologize. Please send me an email at sales@cultcine.com. I'd greatly appreciate the chance to rectify this. Unfortunately, I have a few customers located in Pennsylvania and I'm not certain who this is.
