Cumberland County, North Carolina Court System ripoff Fails To Follow Laws For Disabled Persons Fails and abuses Civil Rights and Due Process and Breaks NC Laws against disabled people, corruption Judicial Misconduct Fayetteville North Carolina

Cumberland County North Carolina and the Court system allows jugments to be placed against people who recive SSI and other types of disabilities and knowing this and the fact attorneys can not be afforded by them they place jugments such as one with Ford Motor Credit where a contract stated simple intrest and was not and when prrof tried to be submitted the Judge threw it out/ would not allow it.

Any evidence that the plaintiff had that would have proven Ford Motor Ceridit in thre worng was not allowed but all that Ford Motor credit and their attornys had was. T

he Judge and the FMC attorenys knew eachother and cases are not allowed to be coninued and when the date came for court, and FMC and their attorneys knew that, they came unprepared with out anyhting on this case and the Judge allowd a continuence for them also the fact that things were not sent certified as reqired by law.

This is one of the most crooked systems and countys that one can live in without due process. This is really a lenghty issue to get into, but there is so much that can be said and proof in hand about this whole thing. Any Pro-Bono attortnys out there?
