 To Mr. Linbeger, Brian Williams, Dan Yang, Dean Johnson, and ALL the rest of the KRONIES and the HR dept.     This letter is to inform you of what has been transpiring at Cummins Power Generation,Fridley,MN.  1st, As of Nov. 22,2011, I Michael ****, WWID #HH338, am no longer employed by your organization for reasons I still dont understand.  If the employee hand book can state one violation of chapter 3, 3.2 Performance Counseling & Corrective Action, you should also practice what you preach, by dismissing ALL employees who are speaking of there fellow  workers as ASIAN FREAKS.

Since when are your employees allowed to take rest breaks on the  clock and are to get away with it. Also when is it allowed to have my senior manager LOOSE very important paperwork, and tell me that I should be grateful that the information is FLOATING around the shop and thats that! HOW DARE YOU insult my intelligence for such STUPIDITY ! Im ever so glad in my life not to be ever working there again!
