Cunningham Appliance was contacted to provide a repair service for my appliances based on the recommendation of Fridgedaire factory. We contacted them and they came to repair the refrigerator and stove...they fixed the fridge or atleast claimed to have but not the stove. Payment was made to them on the day that they came out for the services rendered with the understanding that they were going to get the necessary part for the stove and return to repair it. It has since been 3 weeks and my stove has not been repaired and the refrigerator is still not working properly. I have made repeat attempts to Cunningham appliances and they continue to make promises to come and repair or meet me with the parts that they claim are "easy to install". I phoned Fridgedaire to express my utter disappointment with
Cunningham Appliances and let them know how poorly James and Jerome (the 2 reps that I have been speaking with) have been conducting business. After multiple calls to James and Jerome I did finally get the thermostats dropped off at my in-laws house to install myself.

My stove is still not fixed and now James and Jerome are making up lies to cover up for their failed commitments to repair my appliances as promised. As stated above they were paid for their initial visit the day that the service was rendered. They are now lying and saying that they have not repaired my appliances because I would have to pay them additional....this is a complete lie because I never told them that I would not pay them for the additional repairs. I told them that I would not pay them for another service call only for the parts and labor. These 2 gentlemen
continuously avoid my calls and failed to supply the services as agreed to.
