Curaderm rebuttaled my complaint cry babying about their stupid excuses. I've sent 3 more e-mails yet they still ignor me.
They spent more time rebuttaling than they have with me (a paying customer). conducting business is obviously not their fortay. I would recommend that anyone interested in their product purchase it through e-bay or amazon, where you can do business with Americans goverend by the USA. I wish that I had known sooner. If there was any sincerity or truth in their rebuttal they would have resolved this matter by now. I am officially requesting my money back, I have been more than patient with their so called company.

I have e-mailed you several times, you're saying you e-mailed me once. couldn't you figure out that if I'm still e-mailing you that I didn't get your response ? I'd like the product and to be able to cancel this report but in my eyes you've ignored me and made no effort to contact me. I've been patient with your company, my order was placed almost 3 months ago.

We are disappointingly surprised with Mr. Boyd’s Ripoff Report. Mr. Boyd had indeed ordered and paid for the product, which was shipped to him.
Mr. Boyd subsequently sent us an email shortly after he had not received the product. We then sent him and email asking him to confirm the address to which the replacement product should be sent.
We have not received an answer from Mr. Boyd. Without his answer a) it would be unwise to resend the product that could again not reach its proper destination or b) that Mr. Boyd had received the original shipment.
We are saddened that Mr. Boyd has reached the point to describe our service in such a negative manner.
We hereby ask Mr. Boyd to either send us an appropriate address so that we can resend a new product or if he wishes we would happily refund him.
Mr. Boyd can email us what option he wishes, we will gladly oblige.
