These guys have been scamming people for many years using representatives in many countries who approach people lookinng for funding for projects. They invite you to Chur Switzerland, at your own expense, to present the project to them. They claim to have billions of pounds at thier disposal and then request an upfront fee which is milked until you cannot pay anymore, then they run with your money . They hide behind the fact that they know it is too expensive to litigate in Switzerland and use long winded legal looking excuses to deter the person scammed from laying charges.
