Curtis International LTD TV purchase of less then a year. Mississauga Ontario

I purchased a 75 inch RCA TV on 12/20/17 from Walmart online. The TV worked fine until July 29th,2018. It turned itself off and would not turn back on. It was dead. Since it was less then a year old, it was covered under the manufacture warranty. Now comes the fun part. The only phone number for this problem is a call center located in INdia that takes the basic information and assigns a case file number.Then informs you that you will be contacted shortly. There is NO PHONE NUMBER AT ALL for RCA customer service! NONE! I did not get a response until August 8th! I was then given instructions to remove the model and serial numbers located on the back of the TV and to take a photo of the front to show what type of problem I am having. I was able to remove the labels, but the TV was dead and had no power.

I explained that vis email, and whoever was emailing me back then told me to SMASH the front of the TV with a bat or hammer,then take a photo to show proof the TV nolonger was working. I kid you not. I did as I was instructed, took photo's of the now smashed TV and as instructed, mailed the labels and photo's via USPS mail to 7045 Beckett Dr Unit 15 Mississauga Ontario L5S 2A3 with a tracking number. I have done all that, and to date, have had no response, even though the package was delivered on 8/16/18. There is no way to contact anyone, I have sent over 100 emails, none of which has been responded to. After reading reviews from former employees of Curtis INternational, I find it hard to believe that Canadian officials have not shut this company down. To have no way of contacting them, and they have no intention of replacing my TV of refunding me my money. Absolutely the worst of the worst!
