Presently charge my credit card account and personal trainers do not show up for scheduled appointments. I was told I could cancel contract anytime when ready;however, contract says differently. Custome Built Personal trainers coerced me to sign a contract with them saying that they trained navy seals and other military personnel. They explained if I chose to cancel the contract at anytime I could,but they were there in Dothan Gold's Gyn to assist me when needed. I signed for 6times a month which is nearly two hundred dollars.   I told them what I wanted to work on and they made it sound interesting as if I would not have any problems working out with a personal trainer because would always be available. However, that has not been the case. I have scheduled bookings online and noone shows up in the mornings.   It has happened four times already.  One month I worked out 3times with a personal trainer. I have madde several phone calls to the district manager who seems to be very busy and not able to respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.   

Recently he did respond to a couple of emails and phones I made complaining about personal trainers not showing up. Meanwhile, these people have lives of their own and do not have time to assist their clients although that  is not wat they tel you when signing the papers and taking y our money. I have tried two different alternatives one was gettting information for another personal trainer and scheduling in advance with the individual I usually workout with.   This is not working because Custom Built is suppose to have someone available in Dothan Gold's Gym to assist me when another personal trainer does not shouw up. I never see anyone and these people cannot be distinguished at all because they are not in uniform.   I made arrangements to meet with another personal trainer who decided not show up which tells me these people do not care.

All the personal trainer had to do is call me and say I have decided not to show up because I have made other plans.  These people feel they do not have to show up at all or call their clients.  Each month my credit card is being charged regardless of the personal trainer not showing up. I have tried sending emails online,and received no response by phone or email. I understand the website is new,but it is their responsiblity to make sure that all individuals working for this company is trained and knowledgeable to use the website.    Supposedly, I had so many free 30 minute credit sessions available to use with a personal trainer. Noone ever said that I had to stick with one personal trainer. There are suppose to be a training sheet available to me at the desk or a manual available to me. Whenever, I am at the Gym I never see a manual or training sheet available to me. Personal trainers or not writing down scheduled meetings time and taking training others seriously.      

I have written a letter to Custom Built recently out of Atlanta, Ga located on Peachtree Street. I am waiting for a response. In the last two daysI have made three calls to the district manager,and there has been no response.             There are not even personal trainers from Custom Built at Dothan Gold's Gym to assist me when I need them. Although their availability has been created through an online booking, the personal trainer is not always available at those scheduled times.I have to work their schedule in order to receive my 30 minutes sessions 6 times a month. If anytime is missed,it is difficult to get another personal trainer to assist you.
