I purchased a trailer from them 3 days ago...I asked if they had it in stock...yes they do
I went to look at trailer to purchase, agreed to price. I asked if they wanted AMEX or check and I wanted to take the product home that day.
They said they wanted a check...as soon as I went through the sales process they then changed the rules and said "they had to wait 1 day for the check to clear" Which is stupid because I could have paid with AMEX. They said wait 1 day we will call you back....no call to us. We called repeatedly and they blamed it on the "accounting department" but would not give us any contact name or number to contact this phantom department.
It has been 3 full days I still have not received a call that I can pick up my trailer. When I finally reached someone today they said they are still waiting for the check to clear...meanwhile the check online shows it cleared 2 days ago at my regions bank account!!
Todays is 2/15/18 (as you can see by photo the check cleared 2 days ago)
These are bad people.
