Customer Magnetism Fraud CustomerMagnetism.com CustomerMagnetism.com Scam Internet
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: False
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: PROVEN FALSE
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: This claim is 100% false
I hired CustomerMagnetism.com to remove a negative link made by an ex employee that showed up in Google a couple of months ago. They charged me over $3,000 and never done anything they promised and after one month, they called again and said that they need more time and another $3,000 and I paid again hoping they will do what they promised. They are no longer returning my phone calls and will not return my money. I have been scammed. Do not use any of Customer Magnetism services, they will just try to rip you off and steal your money.

#3 REBUTTAL Owner of company
False
AUTHOR: Kurt N. - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, October 29, 2009
This claim is 100% untrue.
Facts:
1. We have an excellent relationship with every single one of our reputation management clients, making it easy for us to recognize this as a bogus attack.
2. We've never once had a client named "AndrewF" (or "MichaelSw" as he called himself on an identical post found elsewhere).
3. We don't even offer month-to-month contracts. Our minimum agreement for reputation management is six months.
4. We always return our phone calls and maintain an excellent reputation as a long standing member of the Better Business Bureau holding an A+ rating.
5. Since being founded in 2000, we have prided ourselves in being an ethical, reputable company known for excellent customer service and our practice of not doing business with adult, gambling or other objectionable websites.
6. You should NEVER trust an unsubstantiated complaint unless the author provides validated contact information about himself/herself and the company they are supposedly representing.
PLEASE READ:
While the concept of being able to publicly post a valid complaint makes sense, it's amazing how these "report a complaint" websites will allow anyone (using vague, anonymous contact info) to post anything without first proving who they are. They conveniently refuse to remove ANY posts - even if the original author is requesting to do so - or even if you can prove it's not true. The only thing one can do is offer a rebuttal. Meanwhile, these websites make a ton of money from their ever growing controversial traffic.
It just goes to show why reputation management is a necessity. So many companies today are victims of false claims / attacks (typically made by jealous competitors or a disgruntled ex-employee).

Ive hired XXXXXXXXX in order to remove some posts made by an ex employee that showed up in Google and Yahoo and they ripped me off. First they said that I need to pay $2000 dollars to have it removed, then they asked for $1000 more and still did not do anything to help my reputation. I still have those links in top positions and have not heard anything from them, they wont return my calls or my money. XXXXXXXXXX just ripped me off. Do not trust them.
Coincidence? Not likely.
