I am concerned this company is not dealing honestly. The service is not as described according to the company website in relation to a 100% moneyback guarantee, and in relation to the 24 hour service response time. The seller now advises me that there is no moneyback guarantee. The information on the website is misleading and deceptive.

I purchased on the understanding from the written information provided that I had up to 90 days to receive a refund if I am not happy with the product. I initially paid US$49 for the Bronze package which gave me 3 logos design concepts and 2 chances of editing. The upgrade to Platinum package includes a whole lot of extras which looked inviting including 8 logo design concepts and unlimited editing, so I paid a further US$49. But the 8 draft designs sent to me are poor quality. I was disappointed after seeing the amazing logos on the website. In one of the draft designs, the designer had used a butterfly when it was supposed to be a bee. I liked the idea of one concept, but the graphics were so poor that I complained. I was emailed that a 'top logo design master' was taking over the design of my logo. But the next edited design was just as poor as the previous ones, so I complained again. The designs were not in final format and none of them were acceptable.

The initial designs were presented within 24 hours but they were all very poor. The Platinum package is supposed to ensure that you get @unlimited priorty 24 hour revisions" as stated on the website. However, you'll get a computer generated response, then you have to wait "1 to 3 business days" for a revision. I would not have paid for this product if I did not understand I had up to 90 days in which to apply for a refund if I was unhappy for any reason. I told the seller I wasn't happy with any of the draft designs and the service is taking too long and asked for the refund. Since then I've received multiple abusive emails and threats from the seller, with no name attached to correspondence. The emails accuse me of being a thief, of stealing, of having no intentions to deal honestly, of intending to steal from their business all along. The company told me it had already invested $80 in having the logos designed, it asked how did I sleep at night treating small businesses like this, I was stealing and victimising a small business like this. I read comments such as the company being glad of having the Police to protect the public from people like me. The company accused me of approaching my bank and said that in doing so I had committed bank fraud. (I had not at that time contacted my bank but it was a good idea and I've since done so!)

The seller threatened me if I did not close my disputes lodged with an independent provider for international credit card purchases. It threatened to report me to the Police and have me prosecuted and have me JAILED as the company claims to have done with other people 'like me'. I received an email with a copy of a link that it used to report me for theft to the NZ Police. I also received threats to report me to a credit bureau in New Zealand and was told I will have to pay all debt collection fees and to expect a letter within 2 to 3 weeks. 

The moneyback guarantee is meant to apply where if you are not happy with your logo design after 90 days, you can ask for a refund. BUT the company directly told me there is no moneyback guarantee, and no logo design company in the world could operate like that. It also told me that they will only give a refund IF it thinks you meet its criteria, part of which includes whether the company feels it has done all it can to provide you with a logo you're happy with. Well, who can quantify what a company considers having done its best? This is definitely not a moneyback guarantee! The company also stated that I'd had 2 revisions which had cost it more money. It asked if I was happy to let other people's families suffer because I was stealing from a small business. So I was left with the impression that any further editing or revisions was just going to make a refund impossible anyway. 

The company claims it has over 75,000+ and over 100,000+ happy customers (in two different emails and on different websites - the company has various names). The logos it claims to have designed in the last week all look the same as they did 4 weeks ago, so this is clearly misleading advertising. The emails I have received from this company are loaded with emotive comments, threats, and manipulation and the company refuses to deal in good faith, amicably, or with any professional integrity.
