Cute Puppy R Us keeps changing their name because of all the negative publicity they are getting.

Google cutepuppiesareus or cutepuppiesrus and you will find some negative entries. Also google Laura Ghazi. Laura Ghazi operates the puppy mill at 115 Hawkins Rd in Westmoreland TN. She has sold some very sick, filthy neglected dogs to several people that we are aware of. They have been reported to the Sumner county and Macon county TN sheriff's office. Unfortunately, these small town law enforcement don't take puppy mills seriously.

The Ghazis have been reported to the Federal Trade Commission for false and fraudulent claims on their website. They lost their AKC license in Sept. of 2007 and 8 months later they were still advertising that they were AKC affiliated. They claim that there dogs roam in their large yard daily. They have no fence. The local sheriff counted 71 dogs is small cages, some stacked on top of each other in a small shed. So- are we to believe that they let all 71 dogs out every day into an unfenced yard to romp and play while their 5 wonderful children smother them with love and attention? They are liars and animal abusers and tell people what they want to hear.

Mr. Ghazi is of middle eastern descent and shows an obvious disdain for the dogs under his care. Many middle easterners come from a culture that despises all dogs as filthy. Their religion forbids them from owning dogs except for hunting. They believe that if a dog gets saliva on them, they must wash their hands 7 times and pray. It's no wonder that their dogs suffer every hour every day in cramped cages.

There are a lot of animal activists working day and night to put them out of the dog breeding business.
