Cuvo's Wrestling Warehouse Jack Cuvo Online order placed, owner took money, never got my order Easton Pennsylvania

I placed an online order on 10/21/18 for wrestling shoes for my young son.  On 10/22/18 I got a confirmation email and my final price inclunding shipping which was $63.98. On 10/24 my debit card was charged.  On 10/26/18 I sent the company an email asking when I could expect my order to be shipped.  On 10/27/18 the owner Jack Cuvo called and left a message on my voicemail stating the sent my package out that day but really wouldn't ship until that monday, but he sent it priority so I should recieve my package on wednesday 10/31 or thursday 11/1 at the latest.  On 11/2/18 I still had not received my package so I emailed the company again. I got no reply, so I text the owner and left him a message on his cell phone in which he gave me his number to call with any questions.  Its now 11/5/18 and I still haven't received my order or any communication.  I looked up his name on facebook and found his personal page.  I commented on a post asking for information on my order and he deleted my comment and ended up blockiing me from his page.  I talked to other customers, since he posted their names on his facebook page and they said he too stole their money and they never received their order.  This guy is a thief and he needs prosecuted.  Do not buy from him!!!!
