We run an honest business.  We process hundreds of orders per week and ship within 48 hours of receipt.  We issue refunds when an order is returned in resalable condition and within the timeframe stated on each order. 

Since this person did not leave their name, I have no way of knowing the details of their specific information.  Yes, we have a voice mail system that takes many of our calls as we receive hundreds of calls per week.  Voice mail is a common practice in business today as it is difficult for any business to have enough staff to answer the phone live each time it rings.

Our terms are clearly stated on every order.  In this case, the clearly stated terms are $6.95 at the time the order is placed for shipping and handling.  The order is sent via USPS First Class Mail within 48 hours of receipt.  The customer has a 14-day free trial period in which to review the order and decide if they would like to keep it.  If they do keep it, after this 14-day free trial period, they are charged the one time balance of $57.00.  If they decide to return after the 14-day free trial period but before 30 days, they will be refunded the price for the order (less shipping and handling) within 30 days of the order being returned.
