This is in response to Robin from Coconut Creek, Florida regarding her experience with Cyber Junky Inc., Billy Briggs, Type-at-Home.
As the $49 charge was made through a company called Clickbank in Boise, ID, I decided to look up their phone number on superpages.com. I found it.
Their number is: (208) 489-3300
I gave them my name, the amount of the purchase, the date of my purchase. They confirmed my e-mail address and stated I will recieve a refund.
They e-mailed me a confirmation that I will be receiving my refund.
I'll post again if I do not actually receive my refund.
Hope this is helpful to you and anyone else looking to get his or her money back from this company.
