I am very angry with Cyber Media Groups, Inc. I purchased a trail membership in this company that was supposed to last 90 days for $3.95. They charged an extra $134.95.
I called to inquire about the charge and was told that the trial was only for 30 days and I had been charged an entry fee to become a full member. Though the length of the trial was in dispute (also I haven't even once used their services or redeemed any of their free offers), they told me my money wouldn't be refunded.
For nothing other than being kept on file with them for a month, I have paid $138.90. I have already filed a report with the BBB. On the site, they said many complaints that have been made against CyberMedia Group have been ignored!
If anyone has information on a class action, please contact me.
