Cybersonic Toothbrush Rip-Off Defective Product Impossible to get replacement Dominguez Hills Ca. Cybersonic still in Ripoff Business false promises Domingues Hills California

I Purchased this Hell/Defective Cybersonic System from a TV Infomercial January 24,2001; within 4 months the brush handle stopped working. I wasn't surprised, since from the moment I plugged the base, the darn thing got so hot I had to run the handle under cold water before using it.
I have been trying to get a replacement since May 2001!
I called, E-mailed about 20 times.
The Customer? Service? number is impossible to get through, if lucky, you would be put on hold for 30 minutes before getting false promises for some rude incompetent customer rep?
I can't tell you how many times I was assured the replacement was on it's way. They went so far, they even almost gave me a tracking number...Dream On.
Well, now is March 2002 and STILL nothing,
All I've managed to get is some supervisor? Name.I don't know if i should add it to this report.
I can't believe TV stations are still running the Infomercial, and I mean NATIONAL TV, not some shady cable channel.
I CANNOT believe Cybersonic is STILL in business, I mean, what does it takes to get busted? I am sure lots of people had been victimized from this place!
