Cybersonic Scam!!

When I ordered the Cybersonic toothbrush almost 8 months ago the customer service representative asked me if I wanted the free replacement brushed sent to me. I agreed but I soon found out the brushes weren't free. There is a $14.60 shipping charge for the brush heads. After the first replacement brush arrived I called to cancel the program as it just didn't make sense to me to continue paying 14.60 every other month.

A couple of months later I was billed again and nothing arrived in the mail so, I called again to cancel the order. The sales person said they would leave a note to cancel my orders. The order wasn't cancelled and I was billed again 2 months later.

I called my credit card company and they said there is nothing they can do and I would have to call the Cybersonic company to cancel my order.

Hopefully this message will receive the right person and Cybersonic will cancel my order. The other alternative is that I will have to cancel my credit card. I really hate calling the 1-800-770-7525 number and waiting 30 minutes to speak to someone to accomplish nothing!

I've spent weeks trying to get through them. I've emailed them for a refund, but they have not addressed it.
