Did a docusign over the pc after being told they would help me be debt free after 30 months on the program, but after only 4 months of them taking money out of my account I recieved a summons to go to court over one of the debts they were suppose to be working with.I then found out they had not contacted then and done what they were suppose to do or i would not had been served papers to go to court. They also sent me the power of attorney letters and told me to get them notarized and send them all out via registered mail to all my creditors, well if i had money to spend $65 to $70 to send registered mail i wouldn't be with these people for 1 and for 2 what were they doing with my money they were taking out of my checking account if i was suppose to pay for doing all this out of my pocket.I called to find out then they explained i was suppose to be saving money in a jar an they were using my money from my account for the services( I was doing myself) they were doing.I told them i want to cancel. They have taken almost $400 that i could have already paid on my debts owed. Now they say they don't know if i can get it back they have to review my case to see what work they have done on it(which is nothing at all) to pass judgement as to rather or not to refund my money.I would not recommend anyone that is truly in debt trouble to use Clear My Debt to Try to fix it.They will only put you in deeper and your back to square one only ripped off of your money.

What Topaz Financial Services fails to tell you is that YOU CAN GET SUED!!!!

AUTHOR: Rj - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, April 05, 2009

I use to work at Topaz Financial Services and I would not recommend anybody to sign up with them. RUN AND HIDE. First of all, it is one of four companies all owed by the same owner under different names. There is Topaz Financial Services, Swift Rock Financial Services, Mesa Rock Financial Services, and Cy debt. They profess to be a company based on Christian Principles but they are prey on people in bad situations. They charge an astromonically high service fee of 15% of your debt and a monthly fee of $74.95 to settle your debt. What they don't tell you is that anybody can call their creditors and settle for about the same precentage. Additionally, they don't tell the customer that there is a chance the can be sued, have liens placed on them, and have their wages garnished. They prey on vunerable people with debt, charge them a outrageous service fee and don't tell them about the possibilty that they can be sued. It is buried in the service agreement that the Topaz Representative rushes the client through while filling it out over the phone. When I worked there I encountered service people that got sued and had their wages garnished. Additionally, they are decietful to the employees and treat them like trash. Additionally, your first 6 payment and most of your 7-12 payment go to Topaz high fees. Your credit don't get any money until after 13 months. I would never go business with this company.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Cross reference CY debt, Topaz financial services, Swift Rock, Mesa Rock..all same company under different names to hide bad reputation!

Sorry to hear about your situation. As an ex employee I heard this same story before. This company operates under different names in different cities to hide shady reputation. Did they quote the "christian principles" ? All they care about is the bottom line. Unfortunately there are many clients and employees finding out the hard way. Pass the word. Run Away!
