Touli Kennedy M'bwa targeted an Animal Rescue group on Martha's Vineyard in the fall of 2011. She called the groups president and the caller ID came up Cynthia Mantalos. Her actions were very suspicious, claiming to have started a "Compassion Center" in Virginia involving animals and children. When we contacted the group in Virginia we were quickly told they never heard of a "Touli" but the were scammed by a Cynthia Mantalos. They are one in the same person. Beware, she is up to no good! She claims she is a fundraiser with famous connections, when in reality she wants the group to give her names of influential people that she can target. Luckily we caught up to her before she got any money from the shelter which is what she did to the place in Virginia which is also reported on this site.

This sort of report might have a shread of credibility if the person making the accusations, or the organization supposedly affect were named.
I can say that I have know the individual about whom these libelous comments were made for over 40 years. I have been in contact with her throughout this time, and at no time did anything like the acts alleged occur. Check your sources more carefully before posting this sort of thing.
