No where does Cyril Jeet Gupta state that the support is only for the first 12 months - NO WHERE on the SALES pages! Now 12 motnhs on he expects people who have already paid for his software pay for the devlopment!

I also purchased an upsell at $40, so this is dead too as the Tuberank Jeet is crap and does not work! Total waste of mone buying anything from Cyril Jeet Gupta.

Many people in the IM industry are furious with Cyril Jeet Guptas product, as he is also trying to sell his product again for support when HE DOES NOT SUPPORT THE PRODUCT! I told Jeet of several problems with the software and 3 weeks on they are still there, so anyone paying the extra $15 will get nothing.

The software claims to tell you how your video will position with existing videos but it now picks vidoes that are on page 18 as the #1 on google. when I tackled Jeet he told me it was Google, then Youtube changed, then everything else but his software is fine!!!!!! HE LIES..

Many buyers feel they have been scammed and are reporting the same on the his youtube channel. AVOID CYRIL JEET GUPTA he is a theif and a scammer. The only thing that comes out of his mouth are lies....

Well, this report was brought to my attention by one of my friends. You've used my image and made many weird allegations so I guess it's important to set the record straight and report facts as they stand.

#1 We have a policy of full refund within 30 days. This refund request was made more than a year later. We are not in a position to refund his purchase after so much time.

#2 Now about his reported issue with Email Jeet. If a person opens a dispute in Paypal, we get a message warning us when we try to refund the sales through JVZoo (the sales platform we use). We might have got a message like that because of which we requested him to close a dispute if had opened one. Once that was sorted we refunded promptly.

#3 Email Jeet is a desktop mailing software that connects to SMTP host or a mailing service like Mandrill. It does NOT send emails. It only sends the email to the SMTP host which sends those emails. If you're getting 27% returns, it's because your email list is unclean. We don't deliver your mails. Please clarify this technically. This was not an issue with our software.

#4 Youtube recently cancelled their V2 APIs which caused all software that were using V2 to stop working. When that happened we worked hard to upgrade our software to V3. Our recent buyers of course got the latest version. Our older buyers needed to upgrade. We offered a free upgrade to all our buyers who had bought this within one year and we requested all buyers older than 1 year to pay an upgrade cost of $15.

#5 Graham G (Dexter Gallagher on Skype) approached me on Skype and reported some issue with Tuberank Jeet. He did not tell me he had bought the software more than an year ago. I naturally assumed he was a recent buyer and told him I will look into this.

However, I was busy due to some issues and couldn't investigate the issue he reported. He came back to me and I offered him the refund (still believing he was a new buyer). When I checked I found his purchase more than a year ago. I told him the issue and he immediately started browbeating me on Skype. I had to block him.

I am putting the Skype communication with him here.

As an individual and as a company I am committed to keeping things fair to all, including ourselves. We work with technology and online resources. Things change. We work hard to keep abreast. Sometimes we fail, sometimes our buyers are not able to use our software on their PCs. That's why we have a guarantee.  We honor it.

You've paid $18.95, used the software for a year. It's broken due to an external resource. You come and yell at us. Do you do the same at your telephone company when the guarantee is up?
