I purchased a lady bug back pack for my granddaughters birthday on May 27. Her birthday has come and gone and no backpack. I have called several times and left messages as well as emailed them and have not heard from them. They charged my credit card and it has been paid. I want my backpack or confirmation that they have credited my card.
