if you are looking to be ripped off then go to dacarli, if your looking for cheap expensive jewelry... then go to dacarli. i had ordered a ring online, and after finding out the the ring was not 14k white gold and that the diamonds were not what they said they were, I sent back the item..... but here is the catch, they do not send you the money back. in fact they not ony blame you but also the credit card companies, saying that, its too "expensive" for them to get the money back from the credit card companies. this jewerly company blames you for not going somewhere else. the only thing thy do give you, is store credit, and why would you want to get jewelry from a place that treats you like a theif!!!!!!! i seriously advise you not to go to them, no matter what deal they are giving you.

Just an update, after 7 months in trying to retrieve my money back I was able to get full credit back into my back account. So this advice goes out to all of you who have dealt with Dacarli jewelry, and that is don't be pushed down or bullied by this company.... if you want your money back ... GET IT.

according to the dictionary the word rebut means to prove wrong, or refute, and seeing that Ripoff.com promotes truth, honesty and seeks injustice within the consumer market.
as you the "consumer" can see that the american market has declined and so has the consumer spending, and with declines there are always an increase. sadly that increase is crime against the all american consumers, were we are taken advantage of, made to be fools, so that any criminal can take money from us.
that is why I am writing this review of Da'Carli Jewelry, a company that strives not to do what they can for their consumer but to do anything to look out for their bank account. Customer service should always be number 1, no matter what.
the rebuttal to the original reports states look at the BBB report.... well i hope you do, because there are no positive reviews, and no qualitative approach to certifying dacarli as an a+ company.

No merchandise was ever shipped out. Customer placed an item (sale item) on layaway. The item was made, and never shipped, because the layaway was cancelled. We have a very transparent company policy. We have it clearly posted on the returns page. Cancelled layaways will be issued store credit only. Period.
This item was never shipped. That is all a blatant lie.
We will not respond again.
