Simply put, they are part of the scam or they are just the additional biz guys making a hosting company that rips people off..
eather way they wont cancel my account and there frauds AMAZON already announced Additional BIZ is a FRAUD .. and they own daceweb.com they had to change from the original host because the other hosting site that they were ripping people off from, started to get to much attention as being a fraud so they change the name to daceweb.com .. then they will change it again once it get known as a fraud site.. its so easy for them why not scam people no one ever does anything about it there is no international internet law enforcement that can help you.. its just pointless it seems..
all we can do is make a report and pray out of the thousands of reports somone looks into mine.. and get it on the news
that will never happen ill never see my money again and ill just find another way to pay for my medical bills the reason why i had to start a home company.. they prayed on me, the disabled and desperate for money i was perfect for them.. no care in the world i went without eating while i was sick basicaly put me back in the hospital because the money they took.
so sad.. so very sad.

Daceweb is just a web hosting reseller buddy - it's Additional Biz you have an issue with and since Daceweb is in the UK I seriously doubt they are the same company.
I contacted Daceweb via the web form they provide at the web site (that
you noted above) and asked to cancel my hosting. They responded within
hours from a UK email address and refunded my last months hosting no problem.
I'd recommend you contact Daceweb directly as they offered good
customer service. (Which can't be said for Additional Biz that's for
sure ...).
