Dailysale.com never delivered product, won't refund money OR replace pet bed for which I paid Internet
I ordered a pet bed 2/9/18.
Fed Ex lost it (3 hrs by car) 2/21/18. Fed Ex told me DailySales.com is responsible for filing a lost report, replacing my order, etc. NOT Fed Ex since I did not contract through them.
Dailysales has been refusing to either replace OR repay my order, and it is now 3/10/18, saying "my concerns have been reported to our Fulfillment Team who will contact you in 24-48 hours".
I have gotten this message from 'chat' from Dailysales TWICE now last week, and of course, NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME FROM DAILYSALES.COM.
