Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet / Chris Bjorkland (Service Associate) Shady Service that takes advantage of college students to massively over-charge for service Tallahassee Florida

Dale Earnhardt Jr. Chevrolet service has routinely over-charged for service and fabricated service issues entirely to take advantage of Tallahassee's large population of low-income college students. Service associates will actively attempt to "sucker" clients into service by fabricating issues or over-charging for simple issues such as battery service. Associates may refuse to contact the client as to when their vehicle is ready if the client declines this additional service, forcing the client to attempt to contact them with no luck. 

Also, they will refuse to cease contact via email or phone even after the customer has explicitly stated that they do not wish to recieve contact. Such actions are illegal. They are also in violation of the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act by not disclosing "in a conspicious location" the phone contact numbers of state departments that are handle such issues.
