So based upon a friends review and relationship with the shops employees I go and get a last minute tattoo at the shop. All the employees were inside as I asked a friend to put my handgun in my car and lock it up. The only people who knew where the gun was were the people in the shop. After getting my tattoo I go out to my car to get cash for the artist and grab my firearm out, and it was gone. I confronted the artist and the supervisor in the shop and was met in return with nothing but "sorry" although the theft happened on their property. Right where the camera could see the car. I asked to review the video and they told me that the only person who could see it wasn't there (of course) and left it at that. 

I feel that it is only fair that the shop replace what was stolen, if so I will have NO problem amending this report to show cooperation.

 I didn't see any drug use but I submitted a ripoff report about damaged ink as well for my gun getting stolen from the shop. At first the owner and I were at odds but he promised to make good on replacing my gun and offered a tattoo which he did a good job on. However, it has been a long time since he told me he would replace the gun and I have been (in my opinion) blown off by the owner who hasnt made good on the replacement. Does he do good work? Yes, but I wouldn't go there because of my negative experiences.

I wish that I didn't have to continue this report but I still have not received a replacement weapon from the owner, or cash so that I can purchase a new weapon. I had been in contact with him for months asking of he had found a replacement or was willing to give me cash for the stolen gun but was always told that he will let me know when he has a replacement. He did give me a 200 dollar tattoo however that doesn't really settle the loss of an 1100 dollar handgun. Hopefully he makes good on his side of the agreement.

Update:

I spoke with the owner Jason who has promised to replace my stolen item and has offered compensation for the way i was treated. He handled the situation with professionalism and expressed a understanding for my situation and said that he doesn't want any customer to feel that way in his shop. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks
