Damark International Unauthorized charges + membership enrollments + fake company names Minneapolis Minnesota

If you have not done so search for "Vital Solutions" and read that first, this is a long sage but I broke it up to have each company name listed in this database oftheir own.

After gathering everything I have on the three companies:
1.Vital Solutions
2. Value Plus
3. Privileges
I have traced one to damark, and have to form the theory that all three are ofthe same point of orgin - Provell & Damark (one and the same).
So to verify my findings I got in touch with a very well known website, and upstanding at that. I had their head of their site security do me a favor, run my wife's card through his security checking systems and trace those purchases to the point of orgin. Let me know if they go back to damark or provell.
a few days later I got the reply from him that he confirms the websites I have provided at being the point of orgin for all of the pruchases made under the three company names I provided.

Damrk
From wht I know now, damrk had a legal action settled about '99, and afterwards abandoned the clickship (or whatever that was called) operation. They created Provell and were going to concentrate on their membership and catalog sales, specifically the membership sales. they boasted about making over 25 Million in one year in membership sales, I think that was the year 2002.
By February 16, 2006 I have all my money back, but when I mentioned about double my money back they stated they were not authorized to do that. So I began to file my reports against them anyway, for a change they should pay. I am also going to report them to AT&T and try to get their phones shut down, or fined for illegal activity.
I really suggest that everyone who had these memberships appear on their cards file with your Attorney General, Better Business, Consumer Protection, AT&T Postal Inspector (if received unsolicited packages),and the FBI (criminal not related to the civil matter).

For me, I know now all three companies showing on my statement are fake companies made up, but being of Damark / Provell. I have all of my evidence and will burn it to a CD and retain it for future use by any of the agencies I reported them to.

As for my experience we were never contacted in any way by anyone selling these memberships. they just appeared on our account one day in December. Granted we did get our money back, but it still don't make it right.
I feel the law governing this states they will pay back two times the amount they took. They should pay back other related charges as well. those charges companies chrge for a returned check, for example.

I further feel criminal not only civil charges should be brought on each person in this company for their part in the illegal practices, the deceit, and the false information they make available to the customers in any form.

In three months we were out $186.00 via the three fake companies, and to this day none of them admit association to the other, to Damark, or to Provell. (the sender of that email never realized his mistake).
