Dan Nelson Finance Center paying for a vehicle that never fully works Des Moines Iowa

We bought this mini van with a trade in due to medical bills on my credit report I couldnt go to a bank. We bought a 2001 Chevy Venture.It was missing the ashtray and another tray in the dash. The salesman promised to have them replaced if we purchased this van. That should havebeen our fist red flag! Before we got off the lot the windows quit rolling up or down. We again brought this problem up with the sales man and he made an appointment for us to see the shop. But couldnt get in that day. We lived over an hour north of Des.Moines, so we had to tp make another trip to have the windows fixed. On our way home from just purchasing this van it started to over heat. We called Dan Nelson's right away and the sales man put me over to the shop. They said they would look at the issue when we brought it back. A week later they replaced the motor in both windows and the therastate in the van.

Not even a week later we had it in our shop to have the them fixing the van again. Thank God I bought the extended insurance. This van has been in the shop more than we have been able to drive it!

As of today the slider door doesnt work, you put the brakes on the hazards come on, the fuel pump is out. the power locks dont work, one minute you have heat next minute you dont. I have put more money into this van that we are behind in payments.

When I called about the issues of this van the salesman was never in...or never returned my calls..... I just want the headache to go away and walk away from this van!!!
