DAN ROBERT CONSTRUCTION DAN ROBERT THIEF, LIAR, TOOK ADVANTAGE OF SUB-CONTRACTORS TAMPA, Florida

Dan Robert and his hole in the wall Construction Company is a "thief" and used Precision Elevator Servives to install an elevator in a home and SCREWED Precision Elevator after the job was completed, signed off and the client PAID Dan Robert Construction in FULL, but Dan Robert pocketed the money and continues to owe PRECISION  ELEVATOR close to $9,800.00 on an open balance.

 The job was completed and billed on 6/23/07 to Dan Robert Construction and not one penny was sent to Precision untilroughly 10/20/09 when outside concerns got involved with the file. From 10/20/09 until 05/11/10 speratic payments trickled in by Dan Robert and his 2 x 4 company.

This is a 71 year old man, who is in an office no larger than a kitchen 10 x 8 ( at best ). According to Dan Robert, he has no money and in fact even owes his landlord aqlmost three months back rent. Yet, when we went up to his office to talk to him, it was at best a pathetic sight. Here he was a pathetic " old man" sharing one room no larger than 10 x 8 with his secretary, facing desk to desk. He looked sickly to say the least. When I introduced myself to him and explained why I was there, he reached into his draw and pulled out his check book,.,.. and ... showed me a #300.00 bal;ance. Mind you, he is paying a secretary, paying electric and water, telephone lines, office supplies, postage, and all the bills in a normal business operation. He even had the stupidityto tell me his landlord was carrying him on the back rent. Needless to say it was pethetic to see and listen to and I soon left.

What you don't know:

Here is a man and his company who got work done in his behalf and was PAID IN FULL by the client. In addition he was Paid$15,000.oo by the client and only paid the sub-contractor $4,500.00 leaving a $10,500.oo balance. That was in January 15, 2007/  It wasn't until October 2009 that he paid $500.00 after outside sources wrote to his office informing him they were hired by Precision Elevator Services to collect the open balance or bring him to Civil Litigation in Hillsbourgh County Court/ From October 2009 until today May 11, 2010 only $1,000.oo has been collected. In six months dealing with Dan Robert and Dan Robert Constrction only $1,000 has been sent. that is less than $200.00 a month. Here is what pisses us off. He drives a nice vehicle, and I am sure he is paying rent or a mortgage, electric bills, water bills, property taxes, purchasing food, cable tv, gas for his vehicle, paying home telephone bills, so where " is this mysterious source of income coming from  The man is not trustworthy. The man stole the money from his sub-contractor to benefit his own life style. Is this the kind of person you want to deal with ? Is this the kind of person  ytou want to work for and have to chase him to get your draw ? The man is 70 plus years old. He should close his office . But he persist to take from others loke his landlord who he owes back rent with, and Precision Elevator Services who he powes rougly $9,800.00 in money he did not give Prfecision Elevator, but soved the entire draw due Precision Elevator Service on his Greedy pocket
