 Dan Trussell from Banks Oregon came to my house and said he would repair my hot tub leak for $400.  He has made five or six trips to my house or so he says, I'm usually gone when he comes by to attempt to fix the leak that he has still not fixed.  I leave him a message and he contacts me weeks later saying he came by and it should be fixed.  It leaks more than it ever has and I am now nearly $2,000 into this and it still isn't fixed.  After looking at all the complaints on line it is a shame that he continues to make a living in Oregon doing the same thing over and over again.  It might be questioned why I keep paying him?  I keep thinking I'm into it this much I can't give up now, shame on me, I am not gullible he seems like a nice guy and I felt bad that it was such a challenge and believed him.  Do not do business with Dan Trussell
