 Melyssa, per a news report from May 2014 by WHSV n Virginia, was brought up on multiple charges of identity theft and racking up $12,000 in fraud. In addition, she served time in 2012 in Kentucky for fraud and there is an outstanding warrant in Wisconsin from 2009.

He was arrested bur never charged. The charges were dismissed on April 30, 2012.

Ok jeepgirl, I don't know who you are but apparently you are seriously mis-informed. I saw his record with my own eyes. He may not have any active warrants because melyssa did most of it but he does have a record concerning grand theft. His file was not near as thick as hers but it was a substantial size and again he reaped the benefits of her crimes. He knew what she was doing. And since you seem to know so much please explain to me if they are running from an abusive grandfather why did they continue to let the girls call him if he is such a danger to them?

Danny has no criminal record in any state. Melyssa is currently incarcerated in albermarle regional jail in verginia. Her next court date is 9/11/12.

Melyssa also uses the names of Johnson & Floodine. She was arrested in Las Vegas NV in August 2008 for fraud. She had "employed" me and a couple of close friends for real estate loans. Of course there was no company or job, I lost my a bank account and nearly my car as well. She is really good with computers and presenting "documents" or paperwork with company letterhead that looks official. If you come in contact with her alert local authorities, as she has charges in NV & CA, possibly Illinois as well. you are wrong daniel was charged with felony charges, ( you need to check  all the states melyssa has been arrested in)  I know this for a fact!!!!  Melyssa is no longer in the kentucky jail she was able to talk her way out just like everything else she is a good scammer!!! Everyone please be aware of these people they will rip you off in a heartbeat!!!!!

i did not "accuse" danny. i stated facts as i know them to try and locate them. fact is yes melyssa was behind it all. i know she did alot behind his back but i seen with my own eyes he allowed it and reaped the benefits. i know the facts and continue thankin God she cant hurt no one else.

Melyssa Phillips-Steinruck-Lesly is incarcerated in Kentucky for her charges and pending other charges in other states. She has committed fraud in several states and maniplulated other people in the process to believe her scams.

Daniel Lesley is not now nor was he ever charged with any crime related to Melyssa.

Linda Murray is the person who has custody of the children mentioned, and they are her adopted grandchildren.
